I don't know what else to do with this one, hopefully it will work. I followed the tutorial and it all worked the first time- beats me, I'm hoping for the best.
Hi Kellie, thanks for the tips. I re-recorded and added some animations to help highlight specific parts of the pictutre. Here's my final copy.

Barriers
Solutions
technology glitches KD.
have a back-up plan
contact technical support KD
software cost $$$ KD
plan ahead of time
request district $ KD
apply for grants
file size limitations KD
clean out files often KD
set file limitations for students
set time aside for students to clean files
lack of time to create or maintain projects KD
enlist help of qualified parents KD
seek community member volunteers
Using web 2.0 tools allows the to work on projects at school and at home. MB
lack of teacher expertise KD
request district training
You can rely on students as well. I often have my students teach me. MB
There is currently a good deal of pressure by our central administration to provide the same type of learning experiences for all of our students, regardless of who their teacher may be. They do not want to answer the question " why doesn't my child's teacher do (blank) like Mrs. So and So?" I'd imagine some taxes (do you have taxes on your mind? and mean teachers?) may be resistant to using IMPs and this may cause administrative pressure. MB
I would think the administrative pressure would be
applied to the teachers trying to avoid using the IMPs so I think the solution is in the question, if admin applies pressure, hopefully everyone will jump on board and offer IMPs to their students. KD
By allowing my students to guide their own learning in order to answer their essential questions I will not be "covering" the content in the traditional sense. This may cause a problem in the eyes of some administrators. MB
as long as your content gets covered throughout the
school year, I think you will be fine. Suggested solution
would be to document content covered so you can prove
that you are being thorough. KD
Students often rely on Google Images to get pictures and our filter blocks it. MB
send a tech support explaining why that is an issue
ask the librarian to unblock it KD
Moodle has size limits for files--this will be a problem for students using programs that requires them to save files. MB
set a size limit to file size prior to beginning the IMP
request additional file space if needed KD
Logging on and off the laptops has been very slow right now so lack of time might be an issue. MB
have students log on and then work on something while it
